Went out today to the anime cosfests. The first one was at Singapore Discovery Centre.
I went there super early cause I hitched a ride :D
Not much to see as actually..or maybe I just arrived too early? D:
There were anime costumes and figurines on display, the guns are pretty cool. They have Kagome's school uniform and Kikyo's miko clothes from Inuyasha.
Feeling super hungry, decided to go JP and buy something to seat. Then the bus stop was full of army boys. All of them are botak o__o;;;
Rest day for them i guess? Went on the second bus cause i obviously don't want to squeeze on the same bus with one whole pack of army people with bagpacks that kill when you get hit. I got hit >< The moment i got onto the bus, I realised I was surrounded by foreign workers AKA banglahs. They kept staring at me, making me feel damn uncomfortable. I then smsed on the bus trip and decided to
chiong to Vivo instead to meet with Anitha, Vincent, Jun Song, Kelvin and Nan Nan.
Saw chinese dancers performing, the girls damn
chio lah. Must be all that makeup. The guys...they all like pork chops
liddat. I felt damn
paiseh cause the bill is $96.80. Next time, I will treat her instead :D
I
chiong to Ngee An poly after that for the SOYA anime fest. Kept taking the wrong MRT, my feet was killing me (cause my shoe is 1 size smaller) and i missed my stop. GARH!
By the time I reached home, my feet lost all feeling. Have to soak them in warm water and sit down until they can move. Then the torture REALLY starts. Everytime I move my toes, there will be pain.
Overall, it's been a sucky day for me, having to run around Sg with throbbing feet. I will take being a fashion disaster to pain anyday.
It just ain't worth it. Good luck to Anitha in her studies~ Don't get kicked out halfway! :D
Lesson of the day - Comfort first, fashion second. It isn't wise to wear shoes that are smaller than your feet, especially if you are planning to run around Sg the whole day without break.
To the people who stared at me -
I know you guys jealous of my white skin, but there's no need to stare at me. Just go for a plastic sugery.
